Arcaja Tech is an innovative software company headed by Simon Clayton and Carmel Clayton. We bring together extensive software experience and an understanding of professional practice to create useful, thoughtfully designed tools.
Over 30 years in large-scale software projects
Simon brings over 30 years of experience in large-scale software projects to Arcaja Tech. His background informs our approach to building software around complex processes and the people who use it.
30 years in social care
Carmel has worked in various social care roles for 30 years, including over a decade as a senior social worker. She is now an independent fostering panel member. Her experience brings a practice-led perspective to Arcaja Tech, informing our understanding of panel preparation, professional judgement and clear records.
Review and Comply is our product for organisations running panel-style meetings. It brings the preparation, questions and outcomes of a review into a more traceable process.
Fostering and adoption remain a prominent focus, informed by the combination of software expertise and social work experience at Arcaja Tech. We also welcome organisations in other sectors with similar panel and review needs.
Explore Review and Comply ↗We start with how your organisation works: how people prepare, how questions are brought together and how outcomes are recorded. That understanding shapes the software we develop.
